We want our students at NHCA to dress for success!
Girls must wear NHCA-specified khaki or black jumpers, skirts, shorts, or slacks with red polos. Shorts must touch the top of the knee. Shorts must be worn under skirts at all times. Tights can be worn under skirts or jumpers, must be solid colors, and not take away from the uniform. Leggings may only be worn underneath skirts or jumpers, not as pants only. Shoes must be appropriate, not take away from the uniform, and must be worn at all times.
Boys must wear NHCA-specified khaki or black shorts or slacks with red polos. Shorts must touch the top of the knee. Shoes must be appropriate, not take away from the uniform, and must be worn at all times. If a belt is needed, it should not take away from the uniform and it should be a solid color - no special designs or belt buckles.
Boys and girls hair will be neatly trimmed and kept off the face. Boys should have hair trimmed above the eyebrows, above the shirt collar, and above the middle of the ear. No spikes, tails, or unnatural coloring etc. will be permitted.
On Fridays students may wear blue jeans, shorts, or skirts (no holes, frays, or sagging and come halfway down the thigh) along with any NHCA t-shirt or sweatshirt. NHCA t-shirts, sweatshirts, or jackets will be offered to purchase at different times throughout the year. Please contact the school to know where to purchase them.
